How to Upload Your Files – Nuvem Print

To ensure the highest print quality, Nuvem Print automatically converts your uploaded files into PDFs, no matter the original file type. We accept single pages, double-page spreads, or individual files. For full guidance, visit our File Format Support Page.

Bleed Guidelines

Bleed is the area beyond your document’s trim edge, allowing images or colours to extend cleanly to the edge after cutting. Please add a 3mm bleed to all sides of your file before uploading it to your Artwork Dashboard.

Avoid placing important text or elements within this area. If your pages have no edge-to-edge design (e.g., plain white borders), bleed is not required. Visit our Bleed Setup Support Page to learn more about trim lines and gutter spacing.

Completing Your Order

Before submitting your project, ensure all page thumbnails are filled. For example, a 32-page order must include 32 pages of content. You can insert blank pages or adjust your quote if needed. Visit our Print File Checklist Support Page for a detailed walkthrough.
